End User License Agreement (EULA)
Please read this license agreement carefully before installing or using this software. By installing, copying, or using the software, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Parties
This Agreement is between Selgorithm ("Developer") and the individual or organization installing or using the software ("End User").
2. License Grant
The Developer grants the End User a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Selgorithm software under the conditions specified herein. The software is distributed exclusively through the Microsoft Store and may only be used on devices owned by the User.
3. Permitted Use
This software is licensed for internal business use at bookstores, libraries, and similar retail points of sale. The End User may use the software in their own business, limited to the number of licensed devices.
4. Prohibited Actions
The End User may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the software to third parties
- Remove copyright notices or license information from the software
- Use the software for unlawful purposes
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the software remain with Selgorithm. This Agreement does not grant the End User any ownership of the software or its components.
6. Updates & Support
Updates are delivered automatically through the Microsoft Store. The Developer reserves the right to release updates at their discretion. Support is available via email at support@selgorithm.com.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if the End User fails to comply with any term. Upon termination, the End User must destroy all copies of the software.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the Developer is located.
